Andy’s grandfather, Norman M. Lyon, worked with the pioneering Marblehead Land Co., one of the groups instrumental in the early development of Malibu’s coastline. Norman was the exclusive agent for Malibu Colony in the 1930s, helping sell many of the original homes that defined the community.
Decades later, Andy has represented and sold many of the same homes his grandfather originally brought to market — a rare full-circle legacy that few agents anywhere in the world can claim.
