David Hartunian is a Commercial Associate for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in the Arcadia, California Corporate office. He services clients in the San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley, as well as the City of Orange.
Upon graduating in Business Administration/Finance at the W.P. Carey School of Business as well as receiving a minor in Computer Information Systems at Arizona St. University in 1996, David initially pursued a career in technology.
He held a position with Lucent Technologies until 2001 until the technological market declined. At that point David decided to move onto what he truly loved to do and began his career in real estate.
Initially, the financial side of real estate was of great interest to David. The beginning of the new millennium brought forth a surge of real estate finance activity and he obtained great experience in understanding the financing aspects of real estate transactions.
After many years of financing numerous residential and commercial transactions, David decided to move onto Commercial real estate leasing and sales. Thus, he joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial team in Arcadia, California in 2005. David's involvement now is primarily investments, leasing, sales, and development.
David is also on the path to completing the CCIM program, which is the highest designation available for commercial real estate agents in the United States and is honored worldwide.
